1.What does HOLD mean ?
When you see an item marked HOLD it means one of two things: Either a customer has ordered the Item(s) and we are awaiting the arrival of payment ( in the form of a Check or Money Order) or the Item(s) are being paid for using our convenient Lay-Away payment Plan. We currently offer Lay-Away on purchases of $300 and over. A down payment of at least one half of your total is required when you place your order. The balance is due 30 days from the date you make your first payment. All Lay-Away purchases are considered Final Sale and no refunds or exceptions are allowed.
2. What does "SOLD" mean ?
When you see an item marked SOLD, it means that the item has been paid for and is no longer available for purchase. We do allow for returns, within a given time period, so you may email us and ask to be notified if the item does become available, but we ask that you DO NOT go ahead and order the item until we have contacted you about it's availability. We have a very low incidence of returns and normally when an item is marked SOLD, it means just that.
3. Why do you keep "SOLD" items listed on the site?
We normally keep items marked SOLD on the site for a few weeks so that our customers may notify us if they are looking for a similar item. We realize that sometimes it's hard to describe an item you are looking for and it makes it easier if you actually SEE a picture of it. It provides a more concrete example if you can email us and say " I saw such and such on the site, it was sold, but can you notify me if you get a similar item in".
4. What happens AFTER I fill out the "Order Form" ?
(1)Normally we respond to all orders placed within 1-3 hours, however, we're human, and sometimes we'll be out of the office or out of town and as a result, it may take up to a day for us to personally respond to your order. This is rare, but it may happen. We do things the OLD FASHIONED way here at Justsaywhen. We take the time to personally respond to all orders placed, that's why it is imperative that you check and double check your E-mail address and phone number. Without your E-Mail address and or a phone number, we have no way of CONFIRMING your order. It is also possible that several individuals will place an order for the SAME item. When this happens, precedence is given to the FIRST person that placed the order. (2) After we've confirmed your order, we process your credit card or wait for payment to arrive ( if you are paying by Check/Money Order). Credit card orders are normally shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Check/Money Orders take a bit longer to ship because we have to wait for payment to arrive and with checks, the funds MUST clear before the item can be shipped out.
5.What METHOD of shipping do you use?
(1) For Domestic Orders ( orders being shipped within the United States) we use Priority Mail and have each order FULLY insured and include Delivery Confirmation. (2) For International Orders ( any & all orders being shipped OUTSIDE the USA, we use Global Priority and Global Express Mail. We have found these to be the Fastest and Safest means of shipping internationally...as well as the MOST cost effective.
6. I need my item Overnight. Can you do that?
YES...for orders being shipped within the USA, we can have your item/s shipped via Fed Ex or Express Mail. However, due to the cost of shipping items this way, we normally split the total cost with the customer i.e. if Fed Ex charges $30 to ship an item next day, you can expect to be billed that additional amount. These prices vary according to weight and point of destination, so we will notify you of the cost prior to shipping.
7. How much does it cost to ship and item?

8. Do you "Rent" items featured on the site?
Yes and NO. Normally we only rent to Theatrical companies ( Film, TV and Theater). We do this because we realize that if you want to rent an item for a party/Prom...Joe Blow may ruin the piece and you, the individual will then be liable for the entire cost of the item. We do make exceptions to this rule, but each instance is handled on a case by case basis.

10. Why do you picture items in "My Closet" if they are NOT available for sale?
Here at Justsaywhen, we try to add a personal touch to all that we do. That's why each item that is ordered is Gift Wrapped and not just thrown into a box. That's why we try to always send a little something extra with each order. More than half of our customers are like close girlfriends and we know that one of the FIRST things a girlfriend usually does is raid HER friends closet...so I have provided a glimpse into MY ( Milan's) Closet...so you can get a better idea of what I like to wear...and also to provide inspiration for those of you that may be searching for a dress, but haven't come across it yet. "My Closet" is NOT meant as a "Clothes Tease" and many of you know that from time to time I offer items from my Personal Collection for sale.
11. How often do you update/add new merchandise to the site?
It really depends...we like to add new merchandise several times a week, any where from 12 to 40 new items per week at times...however...if we're out of town, doing a show or at the beach ( hey a Girls gotta live and tan sometimes) it may be less frequent.
