All orders within USA are shipped via USPS Priority mail service with insurance and/or delivery confirmation. If you would prefer another method of shipment, Justsaywhen will gladly accommodate you, just e-mail us at orders@justsaywhen.com and we'll take care of it.
All orders outside the USA are shipped Global Priority Air Mail or Global Express Air Mail.
Shipping costs are not refundable on returned items.
All orders are mailed within 24-72 hours during working days.

Located on EACH page is a link to our Secure Order Form ( this link is conveniently located on the top, side and bottom of each page) or you can click on the BUY NOW link that appears on each item page ( it appears at the end of each item description). If for any reason, these links are not working properly, you can email us at orders@justsaywhen.com and we will address your specific order/questions.
All and I do mean ALL your information is strictly confidential and is not seen or shared with anyone. I, Milan, personally process all orders. After you place your order, I may contact you if I have any questions, i.e. you ordered 35 of the same item...you are having your order shipped to another PLANET, I can't understand your shipping address...you get the picture ! AFTER I process your order, you will get a confirmation email, you can print this and keep it for your records.
Payment Options
We currently offer Lay-Away on purchases of $200 and over. A down payment of at least one half of your total is required when you place your order. The balance is due 30 days from the date you make your first payment. All Lay-Away purchases are considered Final Sale and no refunds or exceptions are allowed.
For your convenience, we accept the following: Check or Money Order and all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Paying with Check or Money Order: e-mail Milan@justsaywhen.com . Be sure to include Item number ( or numbers if ordering multiple items ), a brief description of the item or items, shipping address and your e mail address, so that I may contact you. Double check ALL information. All emails will be answered promptly with totals.

Refund Policy
1. All goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. We accept returns ONLY if ALL of these conditions are followed.
2. You must email us within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
3. We MUST have the merchandise back in Exactly the same condition as it was sent no later than 7 days from the day we shipped the merchandise to you. If we do not hear from you immediately and do not have the merchandise back in 7 days or less you will NOT receive a credit/refund. The item MUST be insured for the full amount. Sadly, we do not accept returns on " Intimate items " such as Bathing Suits or Lingerie. You will receive a refund minus shipping plus a minimal 3% restocking fee. The refund will be made providing the merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was sent from Justsaywhen. Notification of intent to return the Item(s) beyond 2 days will be considered a final sale.
4. You will not receive a refund if the item is returned without prior notice. We do not refund the cost of shipping. All items guaranteed or your money back! It doesn't get any better than that ! Your satisfaction is our first priority but we stress that all conditions for returns MUST be met prior to issuing a refund/credit. No Refunds or Credits on Sale or Discounted merchandise.
5. Sorry but NO exceptions will be made to this policy. Any shipping cost paid for by Justsaywhen will also be deducted from your refund.
