love this little 1970's Never worn silk number...The colors are my
favorites...I'm a sucker for almost anything blue or chocolate...what can
I say...I blame it on being a Scorpio with my Moon and rising in
Leo...Have to blame it on something...actually I don't...but sometimes
it's more fun when you blame your astrological sign...it's kind of like
kissing your best friend who happens to look like Cameron Diaz and then
blaming the Crystal ! O.K. I'm getting off track again...anyway...this
lovely dress is also fully lined in navy silk...this dress bares no label,
it may have at one time had one...but it is unmistakably an expensive
piece...the evidence of couture details are everywhere...from the hand
stitched hem to the way each and every seam is finished...The color scheme
is breathtaking...a cornucopia of blues ranging from navy to turquoise,
with hints of lime green thrown in to balance off the Mediterranean hues
that dominate the dress. Eleven fabric covered buttons adorn the front of
the dress, kick pleats at both the front and back of the skirt, two front
pockets that appear hidden due to the way they get lost in the print, an
attached scarf and the original belt...This dress ROCKS ! Flawless
condition. Measures up to: 38"-32"-38", 22" sleeves, 15 1/2" from
shoulder to waist and 43" long from shoulder to hem.
