This breath of fresh air little wrap skirt is just what the Fashion Doctor ordered ! Made in Israel, of the softest silkiest semi sheer black nylon...the waist and  hem are decorated with a vibrant burst of color in a bold floral motif ! The skirt has a fitted waist with just a bit of elastic in the back only...so there's a little flexibility with the waist measurement...but not much...the skirt is "OPEN" in front...so it doesn't actually "Wrap" around...even though I'm calling it a wrap skirt...it will look perfect as a beach cover up or layered over jeans or a slip dress...very 70's, very Bohemian...you asked for it...and I'm serving it up ! The waist measures 26"-28" (it can be worn by someone with a smaller waist) and is 42" long. Flawless un-worn condition !
