50's Velvet Jeweled "Caron" Bag

| Such a Fabulous little jeweled
vintage bag ! The label reads " Hand Decorated Original by Caron of
Houston, Texas ". Well known for their attention to detail and hand bead
work. This gem of a bag is heavily accented with a burst of colorful
multi-sized beads in colors ranging from blue to pale gray. The front of
the bag is done in jet black velvet with matching black fabric trim. The
back & sides of the bag are covered with felt-suede-like fabric. Gold
metal frame and clasp, sturdy handles and fully lined in a silky jet black
fabric. Roomy interior and an additional zippered compartment inside. I
have lightened the pictures to show detail. The black on black is lovely
and adds to the multi-dimensional quality of the bag. The bag is in MINT
condition...there appears to have been two little repairs to two corners
of the bag, but they've been done in black fabric and hard to detect
