70's "Fredrick's of Hollywood" Jumpsuit    HOLD

What can I say: Revved up and ready for Action! Fredrick's of Hollywood wasn't always about trashy G-strings and pasties, back in the 60's and 70's it cranked out some super sexy, classy outerwear that rivaled some of it's bigger, more well known competitors. This Toga-like jumpsuit done in a rich orangey-red jersey is similar, in fact, to what Halston was creating at the time. The jersey fabric has just a hint of shimmer, the weight of the fabric provides superior draping and flowing movement. A hidden side zipper and three button closure at the one shoulder area give the piece a sleek look and feel. Mint unworn condition and baring the original label. Unlined, the fabric is most likely a synthetic jersey but with a luxurious quality unlike similar synthetics of today. The jersey has natural give and stretch to it. The piece is shown on a size 4 mannequin but will also work for a slender size 6.
