You don't have to look far or invest a lot of money( we're talking a few bucks for the latest issue of Vogue or Bazaar magazine) to see how Toga's and Greco-Roman clothing, both vintage and contemporary, are all over the hottest fashion scenes today ! From London to the Big Apple...I've always been one to want the original...not the copy...so I graciously take this moment to offer you a stunning Gown by Givenchy. Done in a jet black, matte jersey fabric, that has the look and feel of silk jersey...the gown and it's beauty speak for itself. Excellent condition...the label reads "Givenchy Nouvelle Boutique and is listed as a European size 42...which although it translates into an American size 12, this is a vintage item and the dress actually fits more like a modern size 6 or small 8. Serious draping in the attached shoulder  fabric, a long back zipper, equally long slim fitted sleeves, that feature hidden zippers at the wrist. The toga draping can be worn several ways, I have shown it draped across the front and back of the dress, but it can also be left to hand from one shoulder and it looks just as chic. The fabric is lightweight and as with all jersey's it has give to it...the actual color is a deep rich jet black, that is semi sheer...but no where near being transparent. I have lightened the pictures to show detail...the dress is in Excellent condition and sure to turn more than a few heads ! Meant to hang and drape loosely, the cut and nature of the jersey will easily accommodate a variety of sizes . Also idea for when you want to look incredibly sexy, but not naked...a great figure flaw fixer. Unlined

Measures up to: 37" at the bust, in thru the waist and hips, a little over 60" long from shoulder to waist and 30" long at the sleeves. Best for a tall lean figure...but as I mentioned earlier...the fabric has stretch to it...so you can be lenient with the measurements...to a degree. Now I wear a size 6 and the dress/gown fits me...I wouldn't recommend it for anything smaller than a 6...unless you're a tall medium to large built 4.
