80's Organza "Richilene" Halter Gown with Floral Motif
A simply Divine vintage Halter gown designed by Richilene for New York City. Yards and yards of stunning dark navy sheer Organza seem to float over a darker navy fine cotton under garment. No slip required...just tons of attitude...'cause you know you look good, a winning smile and Very high heels if you happen to be under 5'8 ! The bodice it trimmed with a delicate ruffle and the organza seems to come alive with large painted gardenias. The neck has hooks to close and the back has a zipper that has recently been professionally reinforced. Fabulous in every sense of the word ! Mint condition and ready to wear...just the way I like it ! The bust area is somewhat flexible, as Halter tops tend to be, upon ,measuring it fits up to a 34", possibly a 36, "V" neck that's just low enough not too cause any scandals...unless You want to ! The waist measures up to a comfortable 26", the hips are free and full and the skirt portion of the gown measures a lengthy 50". This dress and the McFadden's, along with a few others...all hail from the same estate...a woman who knew then and now how to make a fashion statement and an Entrance ! Again...Perfect for any evening or Late afternoon Soiree!
