This hat really does have EVERYTHING that a hat should have ! I fell in love with this hat the moment that my friend seemed to magically produce it. I even got the fabulous folks at New York's "Metro Channel " to let me where it when they did their piece on Justsaywhen...and I've worn it to shows and around the house...Basically ...I have decided that I don't NEED a reason to wear this hat...it's about the way it makes me feel when it's atop my curly mass of hair. A truly Edwardian wide brim, generously adorned with real ostrich feathers, topped off with black dotted net, going around the entire circumference of the hat...and the Grande finale...drum roll please...a lovely bird sits on the very top of the crown of the hat ! How's THAT for a hat ! Wonderful wearable condition...fits a 22" head perfectly. If you don't know what size hat you wear, a 22" measurement translates to approximately a size 7 -7 1/2...or just go measure your darn head. Oh...I almost forgot to mention the pink velvet accent...I kind of lose it after mentioning the bird !
