| | " Elgin " Cigarette Case & Lighter SOLD 
| More of a collectors "conversation" piece than truly functional...this is a vintage " Magic Action Lite-O-Matic " Lighter/Cigarette case combination. Done in a polished gold tone metal and showing minor minor wear ( there's a little bit of surface scratches and one more noticeable 2" scratch on the back of the piece ...but a jewelry repair place can often get these surface scratches out ). It was in it's original box when I purchased it and it's never been used...the surface wear is the result of it being mishandled at previous vintage shows...I hate when that happens! It's just the coolest thing...the way it works; when you open the case to take out a cigarette and then go to close the case back up, the lighter actually snaps open to light the cigarette. I haven't put lighter fluid in it to try it...but it should work...and even if it doesn't it's a great cigarette case & show piece. It measures almost 5" wide and 3.5" high. I had to lighten the pictures but the actual color is a rich brassy-gold. Item: "Elgin Lite-O-Matic " price $45 SOLD |
