Condition: Excellent condition...with the exception of a 1" area on the waistband that shows a bit of wear ( needs a few stitches ).
Measurements: Small/Med. Elastic waist stretches from 22" to 28", hips will fit up to 37" comfortably and total length is 23" from waist to hem.
What can I say: The "off the charts" color explosion makes me think of a Matisse landscape gone mad...in a good way of course. Vibrant shades of hot pink, yellow, shocking blues and greens all perfectly thrown together in a very well calculated disarray of color and print. Way too pretty to hide under another garment, pair it with a tee or fitted shirt and your favorite summer sandals and you're ready to brighten up any day, place or situation.
