Skirt waist will fit from 26" to 35"/ Length of skirt is 35" from waist to hem. Hips are full and free.

COMMENTS: Hippy Chic at it's Tie-Dyed BEST. Both pieces are loose fitting and work great when worn together or separately. The loose fitting top has an attached sash tie at the waist. The skirt has an elasticized waist.
