DESCRIPTION: This is a
perfect example of high style fashion from the late 1920s/ early 1930s
era. The outer shell is fashioned from delicate magenta colored lace with
a matching attached belt at the waist. Under this delicate layer of lace
is an underslip of silk charmeuse and silk chiffon done in the same shade
as the lace exterior. There are no snaps or hooks, the dress simply slips
over the head. The long skirt portion of the dress features a front and
back panel of lace and a slightly uneven hem. At the back shoulder area we
have two long flowing lace panels that add an element of sultriness and
glamour to this already stunning item. No labels. Expertly crafted.
Excellent condition with only 3 or 4 tiny
breaks in the lace fabric ( doesn't show when worn ). These are hardly
worth mentioning and can be easily mended with a few professional
stitches. Shown on a size 4 mannequin.
Measures:
Bust 36" / Waist 38" / Hips 40" / Shoulder to waist 16" / Shoulder to hem
