Collector and retailer Milan Tainan, owner of www.justsaywhen.com, went online with her vintage fashion Web site about a month ago. ``I've been in this business for 20 years, but the vintage revival right now is phenomenal,'' she says. ``Look at the magazines; everything in there is vintage-inspired, and Emilio Pucci is one of the hottest designers right now.''
